We source UK grown or prepared ingredients where possible, but primarily we work with a trusted network of key suppliers to provide us with the finest ingredients from around the world.

Because the way we conduct business really matters to us, we believe in trading fairly and openly with all our suppliers. We insist that every supplier completes an extensive self-audit certification prior to trading with us and for smaller suppliers we provide support and guidance where necessary. We also physically audit the suppliers of our key ingredients.
